Toutefois, si vous ressentez trop souvent de l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, si l\u2019angoisse est trop violente ou sans fondement, on parle de trouble anxieux.  Le trouble panique qui se caract\u00e9rise par des crises de panique tr\u00e8s desagr\u00e9ables qui surviennent souvent brusquement. <\/span><\/b><b style=\"font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Candara Light',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;\">On distingue le trouble panique des phobies, qui se caract\u00e9risent par une peur sp\u00e9cifique relative \u00e0 une situation ou un objet (par exemple les transports publiques, les foules, les piq\u00fbres, les araign\u00e9es, les ascenseurs..). Cela peut donner lieu \u00e0 des comportements d'\u00e9vitement de la situation qui fait peur.
